WPML Problems with BeTheme

Hi there,

Working on this website https://brand-results.com, we experienced problems with WPML.

For now we found a workaround – but since I want our client to be able to work on the site herself, I want it to "always work" as it was meant to be.

Here a description of what is not working properly:

  1. Translation of the menu built in the templates: all the style attributes of the menu were not transportet into the english version. Styles such as the typography and paddings had to be set again manually.
  2. Using the Offer for the testimonial-Slides here on the home-page https://brand-results.com... they where only partially translated... sometimes a single sentence would stay in German.
  3. Generally using two wraps stacked into one another (display of wrap in red): the content within this wraps does not show in the WPML translation fields at all

Would you mind having a look at the site to ensure our client will be able to translate everything by herself using WPML?

    now the whole english menu is completely destroyed – this is terrible...

  • Also in the english version the language switcher is now missing...

  • I reverted all changes before sending you the previous message, but the cache was held by WP Rocket.

    I cleared the cache, please take a look.

    But... how is it now – are the modifications you made to the theme now active? Or are we at the same setup as before you started your work?

  • Modifications in the files are there and active. So, if you could please check and confirm that everything works correctly, that would be great.

    As we checked, it seems to be working, but there are subtle differences between ours, and your approach can make a big difference.
