How do you multiple select elements in the Navigation pane?

Let's say I'd like to select all of these and move them to a new section?

you need to duplicate section and you will have a new one with all these elements.

But how about if I only want to select a selection of these? Can I not ctrl+click etc. It takes a long time to move elements individually?

You can't but we will consider such possibility. What you can do is duplicate section and remove elements that you actually don't need.
