Hi all. I have just recovered a site with the 20.8.4 license. I would like to upgrade but it does not work. When in doubt, I tell myself that the license is used on another site and I buy a new license to put it in 27.3.6 but if I click on deregister theme it doesn't work. This marks me, thank you for entering the code!!! I would like
to enter the code but it does not unregister the previous license number. Thank you for your help.

You have a pirated version of Betheme installed.
You must download the Betheme package from ThemeForest, and replace the current you have.

You mean the previous webmaster had installed a pirated version of the theme???? the villain. In my case I have a license that I purchased on envato. How to proceed ?
Download a package from ThemeForest, upload it to your WP Panel to replace your current package, and register the license key through Betheme -> Dashboard.
