Duplicating & Saving issue - Tried to find this issue in the forum but couldn't

Hello,

We're experiencing a very peculiar issue with our website and we could really do with some help troubleshooting.

Background.

We use this theme to build our company websites see list below. One thing we've noticed when using the builder is SOMETIMES, but VERY REGULARLY, when we create a new element or duplicate an element and repurpose it, the old content is displayed on the front-end but what we created is visible as expected in the back end. In order to resolve this, we have to log out, close the browser, open a new incognito session make changes, and repeat for each element - as you can appreciate this is very time-consuming.

Some things you might need to know:

  • We are hosting on an Azure WebApp service
  • There is currently a /wp-admin/ public access restriction with a /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php exception executed through a service called "Front-Door"
  • We experience this across all 3 websites

I'm unsure if there are any other exceptions that migh need allowing that could be causing this issue, if there are, please let me know. Otherwise, I'm open to any ideas you may have as to how we can continue to use BeBuilder without having to log in and out after each element build.

Below is an example (we can also make recordings of this happening real-time):

Front-end (now resolved by following the above):

Back-end (what was in the builder at the time):

Websites for reference are:

https://caroolagroup.azurewebsites.net/ - not yet live.

We are looking at building a 4th site, but need to be sure this issue can be resolved

Cheers,
