Betheme theme conflict with Event ticket plus plugin
Hi,
I'm having an issue with the attendee registration form for ticket sales during checkout. The form doesn't appear. When I switch to the default twenty-twenty theme and disable the plugins, it shows up. As soon as I switch back to betheme it doesn't show, which leads me to believe that there may be some conflict with the theme.
The plugin has historically worked with the theme, not sure why it has stopped as there were no changes made to the site. I've upgraded to the latest version of the plugin and theme with still no luck.
How could I possibly trace the problem?

Sorry, but we did not test this plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third-party plugins or custom code, so we cannot help you.
