I cannot take action on the site preview to build my website

Hello,

I want to build a website for my company, but I can't see a preview of the site through BeBuilder. I can't perform live actions on the site. 

If you don't fully understand me, I can explain it like this. When I install the "Elementor" plugin on my site, my site is fully visible, but when I click the "Edit wiht BeBuiler" button, I can only see the text and image boxes.
