Promo bar hidden in mobile

Hi! I'm building my website: www.cobelio.com

I've created the header making a 'BeBuilder Header template'. The top action bar (Promo bar item) is not visible in mobile.

I've tried some CSS codes I've seen as replies in this forum but any of it is working for me. How could I fix it?

yes, I had seen the tutorial, thanks :)

I've finally solved it adding a new 'Promo bar' element just for the mobile header, and keeping the existing one for the rest of displays.
