I want to be able to ask my question in an email and receive a response by email. I don't want to come back here every 5 minutes to see if there is an answer or not. I want real support

BTW, you do not have to check every five minutes to see if there is an answer. On this forum, we send answers at 12 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM, and we are located in Central Europe.
