how should i change secondary menu font size?

http://royal.spls.kz/fitnes/silovye-klassy/ for example i changed content font size to 18 and im menu (under main on hover) font size increased and look not well, how i can change it, advice me pls.

but i cant change colors of background and text, make instead grey color something different
