Can't update to latest version
I've read through the articles and nothing has changed on my end. but I'm getting the error:
An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

just deregistered theme and tried to apply the purchase code again and it's not letting me. I read to do that in another article as something that might help.
just got it updated by figuring out the deregistration process and now the site is broken. This is a disaster.
