Betheme couldn't be installed

Hi,

We just purchased today the Betheme | Responsive Multipurpose WordPress & WooCommerce Theme.

When we tried to install in a Wordpress 6.4.3, and an error occurred:

The package could not be decompressed. The theme does not have the style.css style sheet.

Theme installation has failed.
