I purchased and installed your "Default Store 2" version theme and I am experiencing these problems:
- the mobile menu has no subcategories and I can't find the page/setting to be able to change it, I wanted to ask if it was possible to insert subcategories like in any other menu
- there are no filters or sorting on the search results page. Furthermore, on the categories page from the mobile version you only see the sorting and the display options are not visible.

1) You must create a mobile menu with submenus and assign it in the header builder.

2a) Go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Search -> Form, and change the search to Search Shop Prodcts only.
2b) There is no option for the layout on mobile because there are no more layouts for mobile then the default one.

It works this way with a standard sidebar menu.
To do as you described, you must use the Sidebar Menu Builder.
