WPML Does not work with Betheme

The video you put to show how compatible Betheme with WPML is far away from reality
I have a very small website with 5 pages in arabic language i bought WPML Plugin and since that moment every day i'am in contact with their support assistance wich is by the way really messed up because they don't have a phone number and they respond in 48h so to find whats wrong a week has passed now and every time they tell me they found a setting on the Betheme they changed but i still have to do every single word manually
Could you help me please to set the website ready to accept the WPML Plugin ?
Could you set the settings please ?
My web site is in Arabic and i want to change it in other languages.
I can give you temporary access to the WP interface.
