I recently renewed one license and purchased an extra one. The new one has not been used/registered yet (but recognised by the support forum) but the existing one is not being recognised as having been

renewed. I don't want to post my license codes here. The renewed one is not being recognised by the license checker either. Can someone please email me to resolve. My Envatomarket order number for these purchases is 189384751 invoice IVIP53210480.

    Hi,

    The support period refers to access to this forum. It is only one period, and when it expires, you cannot create a new topic.

    The license on a website is lifetime, and there is no need to renew it. Even when the support you gain with the license purchase expires, it can still be used on the website, and no features will be limited or disabled.
