I cannot edit the sidebar template. It keeps loading after clicking on 'Edit with Betheme':

I've already tried to switch off all the plugins and clear the cache, but that does not work.

Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

Sorry, but another message is incomplete. For FTP, you have sent the host address, port, and something that looks like a username or password, so the password/username is missing (WP dashboard credentials are correct).
