My pre-built website is broken

I bought betheme today and here is the problem I am encountering:


When I setup wizzard creates my pre built website, this is what the main page looks like

My home page is checkout page, every time I reset my page I always have the same bug, sometimes my page is displayed but with half of the things missing and the checkout page as the main page, I really don't understand, all the plugins are well installed, the version of betheme is the latest, I did everything but I still have the same problem
