Removal of legacy elements from Bretheon theme

Hi

I have upgraded my Wordpress website from Bretheon them to Betheme (Both purchased from Envato Market) and have issues with legacy headers, footers and menus inherited from the old theme.

I have no problem creating new ones but cannot find a way of deleting the inherited ones?

I would like to keep the page content of each page and menu structure but am happy to recreate the headers and footers using wraps and elements.

I'm not an HTML expert but you will see in the attached picture that I am trying to remove the id header_wrapper from all pages.

Your help would be very much appreciated.
