Mega menu Visibility issue logged in/logged out of dashboard

Hi Team!

I am facing an issue with the mega menu on our website. Specifically, when I am logged in to the dashboard the mega menu is visible and functions correctly. However, once I logged out of the dashboard, the mega menu items disappeared from the website.

    Hi,

    It looks like a caching problem.

    Please disable all caching plugins you have installed on your WP or active on your server, and recheck if the problem persists.

    I checked, there is no cache issue. When I call templates in the menu it doesn't show up But when I a simple menu it shows.


    Can you please resolve the issue?

    Did you contact your hosting provider and ask if you do not have any cache on the server active?

    If yes, and you do not use any plugins for cache, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

    I have checked your website and noticed that mega menus are not assigned anywhere, so I created a new menu item and assigned a mega menu to it, and it works both for logged and not logged users.

    The issue is still not resolved.

    i have attached the screenshot with the login. It shows the mega menu of templates.

    Now this is without login.

    It only shows View All. And view all is a wishlist page. There is nothing more
