I tried every step mentioned in your user manual but still, my favicon is not displaying

I checked the favicon in both Internet Edge and Chrome. It is not displaying

And I think you are using Internet Explorer because when I checked on Internet Explorer, I found the favicon on that browser.

Your favicon is set correctly and displays in any browser. I attach the screenshot below as proof.
