Header template issue

Hi there,

I have a template for the header active, with publication for 'Entire Site'. But it seems like it ignores it and puts the default view of the menu in the header. While BeTheme options does show that a template is active. How can I solve this issue and make the header template visible?

Thanks in advance!

  • Thank you, just submitted the contact form with the backend login. Thanks in advance!

  • One additional question regarding the menu in the header; is it possible to right align the submenu under the main menu item?

  • Sorry, but you did not attach a link to your website anywhere.

Can you send it here, please?

  • Hi Phil,

    https://houtvlaanderen.be is the link.

    Thanks!

  • 1) Your header looks the same on the website and in the builder. See the following comparison side by side:

    2) In the mega menu options, there is a setting to set the position of the mega menu.

PS. I can see that you have a caching plugin enabled on your website. I highly recommend keep it disable until you finish working on your website.

    Best regards
