The image I am trying to set to full width seems to be too small. Do I need to create the image with different dimensions before inserting it in the builder? If so, what are those dimensions?

I guess so. After about 4 hours of messing around with settings, it appears to be working but I have no idea how I did it.
I have a contact form on the page and on mobile it is centered to the page but on desktop I can't seem to get it centered to the page.

I did. Not sure if it's the correct way but it's in the middle now. I am using gravity forms for the shortcode. How would I change the submit button color?
Is the fancy header line under Contact Us able to be bolded or changed to a different color?
1) To correctly position elements and wraps in BeBuilder, I suggest checking the following video tutorial:

2) Regarding button color you should contact the Gravity Forms support, as I can see that the styles are taken from them.
3) This line is an image, so there is no option to edit its styles.

I noticed last night that the buttons on some other pages weren't changing to the correct color when I hover over them. It worked before and the correct color was still selected for hover. I was able to get it working by changing the hover color, saving and then changing back to the hover color I want and saving again. I still have to do it on the other pages but I wanted to see if you know why that would happen or is this just something I will need to check after updates are applied.
This page below is correct now. The Register Now button and the button on the bottom display correctly when hovering.
This page still has the different color that I haven't corrected yet. When you hover the Register Now and the button on the bottom it is a sort of greyed out color and should be the #00CFC8 color of the Register Now button on the above page.

You do not have to assign styles for every single page with the BeBuilder, and that is also causing this problem.
Please adjust the button display in Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Buttons.
