Background Dropdown Menu

Good morning, I have two questions regarding the Split Menu:

When the dropdown menu appears, it is off-center to the right compared to the main menu item. Is it possible to align it centrally?
Is it possible to make the dropdown menu background 70% transparent?

Try the following CSS code:

#Top_bar .menu > li > ul{
 background-color: rgba(64, 13, 149, .7);
 margin-left: -25%;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
