As I recalled, there is a option for custom link before, and it allowed the popup window. But, we can not see it right now, and we want to pop up window for the custom links.

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

Complicated!! You have the option to allow the popup window for the link in the menual bar before, and why change it!!
Can you explain what is complicated, please? Everything is explained step by step in the video tutorial.
Also, I do not know what "manual bar" is and what you are referring to.

Betheme Support above is a custom link, and when click it, we want to have a pop up window for it, thanks.
For such customization, you would have to use the Header Builder with the popup link I have sent video in previous messages.
