Products not Displaying correctly on Product Display Page

Hi,

Please kindly assist with the following issue, some products are taking too long to load or go to timeout or it only loads half the content on the product display page for us and our customers with no option to add to cart or select product varietions. Please see that attached video and images showing the issues.

    Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

  • Hi Phil,

    I did perform a conflict test to determine if the problem stems from a plugin or theme. I did the following steps below to conduct a conflict test:

    1. Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce.
    2. Switch to a default theme Twenty Twenty, it loads fine.
    3. Additionally, I cleared both my site's cache and my browser's cache also cloudflare cache.

    Still the problem persists when I activate the BeTheme, please kindly look into this.

  • In such case, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

    However, please notice that first thing we will do will be disabling ALL 3rd party plugins as we are pretty sure that the issue you have faced with has nothing to with the theme. We support hundreds of thousands of shops and there is no such issues.

  • I have disabled all of your plugins except WooCommerce, and it loaded pretty fast:

    The same product when I activated the plugins back:

    Disable your plugins one by one to find the culprit.
