Images within full width gallery shortcode on BeDJ theme

I have replaced the images in the full width gallery columns shortcode as per the BeDJ theme but my images appear pixellated. When they are clicked on, they open fine within the light box view and are of a suitable size/dpi.

Could you help with why it would be doing this?

I have a coming soon page on my site so I would need to send you the log in details privately, i have tried through the contact form on themeforest but it is going to a 404 error - please advise how i can send you this?

Sorry I am still getting this issue:

I have uploaded a new image which at full size is 1200 x 1200px - http://www.nightowlbirmingham.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/Screen-Shot-2015-07-07-at-13.25.35.png

But you can see in the gallery view it along with all the other images is pixellated:

After this change, you must upload all images again because wordpress crates them while upload. Or instead you can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/

I can't get this to work - just to confirm I am using the gallery shortcode: [gallery columns="4" link="file" ids="212, 207, 208, 35" style="flat"] and the images are very pixellated. The same images used elsewhere on the site look absolutely fine. This is from the BeDJ theme demo.

Can you advise?

I also have this issue. I need to have all images that I'll use for galleries be 1200x1200? impossible to have them 800x800?

As we wrote above, this is wordpress gallery and there is only one place where images sizes can be changed. This was exactly described on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/938/problem-with-image-size-in-shop-slider-media-images-settings-sizes but after this change you must use Force Regenerate Thumbnail plugin to change images sizes. This works on 100% because we tested it. You must did something wrong or your theme or wordpress files are corrupted if it does not work.
