I tried to disable all plugins, change back to basic Betheme (not child) and the problem is still there.

You can see, that the content is under subheader

On homepage, the smartslider should start after the menu, not under it - if you try it on android, the position is ok.

Content goes behind subheader because you set margin top to be -170px so it behaves exactly the way you want.

2. Slider starts just after the header.
