Hi,
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.
Thanks
Thanks, the site is live at thsltd.co.uk. As you can see its not displaying as expected due to one or more plugins/builder used broken
I can see that each of these plugins have been deactivated after the PHP upgrade. Trying to reactivate any of these breaks the site and I have to go back in through recovery mode to turn them back off. I think at this point it will need to update the whole theme and packaged plugins but im not sure how to do this without deleting any of my assets/content
First, you should update Betheme. See the following link about the theme update:
https://support.muffingroup.com/documentation/installation-updates/#theme-updates
You will not lose anything because all data is stored in the database. Anyway, you should create a backup before proceeding with any update, we suggest using the Duplicator plugin.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
When you successfully update the theme, go to Betheme -> Plugins and update bundled plugins there.
Best regards
