How did you built your store page? With template and elements inside or you set shop page in woocommerce and shop items are being loaded by WooCommerce?

Looks like we are talking about different things. Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.
