Any suggestions on how to change the form text colors to white? CSS?

form colors can be changed in Theme Options > Colors > Forms section.
Still not working properly . All the text on the form on this page is black
If the option that Albert mentioned does not work for you, it means that the plugin for forms you are using has its own styling and you must contact the plugin author and ask how to change that.
