  Did you set it up correctly in Appearance -> Menus?

  If you mean is the Home page set correctly in the main menu to be "Home" then yes.

  The icon brings up the "Home' page but its not the same version as the Menu "Home" page... the Icon Home page is the correct one... so why is that Icon at the top bringing up a different version of the same page?

  I sent the credentials to themeforest.net as you requested.

  PS. The Home page that is presented after clicking on the icon at the top is the one i'd like to show on both the icon and Home page in the menu.

  If you can fix, i'd love to know how so i can do it myself next time.

  The wrong page was assigned to your menu.

  I have chosen the Home page from the left panel and added it:

  

  Now, the correct page is present in the menu on the live website.
