Swapping Search & Cart with Action Button (header)

Hi - I just have a couple questions about the Header.

1) I'd like to swap the Action Button with the Cart & Search icons. Just to flip the positions: http://imgur.com/nUT8rrr,78ACW9z#0

2) For mobile devices, I'd like to have the Cart & Search icons under the Action Button (all centered): http://imgur.com/nUT8rrr,78ACW9z#1
