Becustom plugin not working

Good morning.

The becustom plugin was working when I first installed it. Since WP update it has stopped working. I think it was the update that threw it.

I only had a couple of plugins activated and I deactivated them the see if there was a conflict, there was not.

The system status is all green.

You referred only to the logo in the WP login, right?

If yes, we have corrected it on your website.

No it was the dashboard as well, the name of the theme, please see attachment

also anyplace where betheme is mentioned I dont want it for example "edit with Bebuilder"

Thats great, can you tell me what you did to fix it? so if the problem arises again I will be able to fix it

My clients are going to be writing and editing on this site, hence I do not want your name showing.

On a new page, you have your name and a video link to your site, under my themes name. Please see attachment.

How can I get rid of this. If I have to do coding, just let me know what file do I change But will an update bring it back. I can not understand why you have this here, when you went to the trouble of creating a plugin to stop showing your brand name.

We had to correct plugin files, so I do not think you could fix it yourself.

You took away admin privileges to your website, so I could not check what you mentioned in last message, and the thing from your screenshot. Also I am not sure what video link you refer to. Can you explain provide more details about it, please?

The plugin were working completely fine before WordPress made changes in the last update.

You do not have to be admin to see this, but I have put you as admin in case you need to change something

If you go to pages new or edit and its still in wordpress, you will see at the bottom of the page the link and your name in the page options section. Please see a new attachment

If you tell me what file to do the changes in and what to do, I can do it. I have experience with coding.

I am passing the site over to the client on Thursday coming , I can not give it to them with any reference to Betheme on it.
