Jumping within a page

when I jump to a h2 heading within a page like in

<h2 id="1">header</h2>

<a href="#1">Link to Header</a>

the h2 element is hidden underneath the Sticky Header.

Do you have a hint, how to prevent that?

and you will see the Header disappears behind the Sticky Header

As we see, you got some mistakes in html. Please your code first, fix it and then let us know so we can have a look on it once again.

I left one error in, because I can't fix it without you :-)

This link must have scroll class. Please add it and all should be fine.

This is normal behavior. This is not error so there is nothing to be fixed. About sticky header, we wrote you that you must add scroll class for the element.

my validator doesnt like it and so does Google, right?

Validator is only a tool and is not compatible with new features and probably never won't be. Of course you can remove it from the code if you want but then some features will stop working.

This is an old thread but still, until today, I tried to find something on the so many errors the validator gives and this is the best I can get? They say there are errors and you say they are not? Will you make a report saying that there are no errors when every fund that asks for validation requires a report from w3c and not from you?
