Pages are redirected and not indexed

Hi,

  1. These are standalone pages, they need to be indexed by google but they're being redirected and couldn't be indexed. Why does the theme auto add redirects and with slash at the end of URL?

https://silkroadholiday.com/tours-highlights-of-kyrgyzstan/
  1. Which leads to my next question, how can I edit the slug however I like? I want the URL to be categorised using slash instead of hyphen eg. https://silkroadholiday.com/tours/highlights-of-kyrgyzstan
