Problème de chargement
Bonjour,
Nous avons un conflit entre Systempay for WooCommerce et Betheme (tous les deux à jour)
On ne peut pas éditer les pages quand Systempay for WooCommerce est activé (ça charge dans le vide).
Si on le désactive on peut tout de suite éditer les pages.
Si on le réactive on peut éditer les pages pendant quelques minutes puis ça ne remarche plus.
De quoi avez vous besoin pour regarder ?

Anyway, I assume that you refer to the error message you sent.
Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Sorry for the message in French.
We don't need to disable all plugins beacause the problem is identified and does not occur if we disable the systempay banking plugin.
The goal is to determine if the problem comes from Betheme or from systempay.
Does the error message that is generated give you sufficient information ?

I have taken note of your policy regarding third-party plugins but in this case we consider that you do not provide any support.
Today, an e-commerce site necessarily has third-party plugins for bank payments, among other things.
We will take this into account for our web agency strategy with nearly 50 Betheme in operation.
I understand but it is impossible for us to test and support all available plugins.
If you have problems with a plugin outside the list of supported ones, you should contact the plugin author.
