Broken template

Hi everybody,

I'm experiencing some difficulties with my templates. They are right in the dedicated section, but the page of the site shows them differently (wrong!). Can you help me?

  • Hi,

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

    Thanks

  • Hi, thank you, this is the link: https://www.legalfisco.it/

The images in Homepage shows up for a while after I've saved the page and then disappear.

The only thing I could observe was that this morning the links to the images started with "http" and I couldn't see them online, after I entered the backend and save the page (making no change) the links to the images started with "https" and they were visible again.

Can you help me understand where the problem is?

    Thank you!

  • I do not want to misunderstand you so that I will summarize, and you will tell me if I am right.

You are making changes in the builder (as I see you use Elementor), but they are briefly visible on the live page, and they disappear.

    Is that correct?

If not, please explain your issue in more detail, and attach screenshots showing it.

    Best regards

  • Everything correct, but i made a mistake in linking you the website that is peakscomunicazione.it

I give you examples... I'm using BeBuilder (not Elementor) and in the homepage I make a template for this section:

But when I view the page online, my template is totally broken, like that:

The same thing happens in another page with another template.

    Can you help me?

    Thank you

  • Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

If this will not help please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

    Notice!

Please attach a link to this forum discussion.

Sending incorrect or incomplete data will result in a longer response time.

Therefore, please ensure that the data you send are complete and correct.

    Thanks
