How do I disable the product listing that appears when I open the shopping cart without any products selected?

Thank you for your reply.

I deleted the products that were on this page with the title "You might also be interested in", however the products that continue to appear on my shopping cart page have the title "New in store" and do not appear on the page indicated for deletion:

Sorry, my bad. You must swtich to Empty Cart view, and remove it from there:
