Optimizations and "Cannot allocate memory"

I'm having some trouble setting up betheme on a hosting I generally use.

The setup is betheme theme with no major plugins, just standard website. On System status (betheme, WooCommerce, WordPress) everything is green and ok.

The problem on the logs that i'm having lots of erros and only when I go to https://xxxx/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin (Woocomerce admin page).

"PHP Notice: include_once(): Read of 1408 bytes failed with errno=12 Cannot allocate memory in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/helper/class-wc-helper.php on line 57".

And on dev console lots of "admin.php:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()"

I just don't find any reason to be getting so high cpu values, for a small website, that seem to cause "Cannot allocate memory" and causing the 500 erros. Any ideia how on why this happens?

My hosting specs per domain are on my hosting are:

- 1vCPU;

- 1GB RAM;

- 20MB/s I/O;

- 30 Entry Processes.
