is it possible to make the sticky menu exactly the same as the "normal" menu?

Ok. So to do this, please use below css:

#Top_bar.is-sticky { height: 50px !important; background: none !important; box-shadow: 0 0 0 0 !important; }
#Top_bar .container { width: 960px !important; }
.menu-highlight:not(.header-simple) #Top_bar.is-sticky .menu > li > a { margin: 5px 0 !important; }
