I set font "Noto Serif SC" for Big Headings and Small Headings. But this ONLY works on home page of my website. When I create another page, the Big Headings and Small Headings are not shown with "Noto Serif SC".

    Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

    Below is the home page. The font of H2, H3, H4 is "Noto Serif SC". The font style is displayed normally.

    I set the Google Fonts as local fonts. And I found, when the home page opens, the local fonts are loaded. But when other page open, the local fonts are not loaded.

    The Google Font you searched is "Noto Sans SC". But my website used for H2, H3, and H4 is "Noto Serif SC".

    "Noto Sans SC" and "Noto Serif SC" are two different fonts.

    Below is the font shown on my home page. It is displayed normally.

    The screenshots were from Noto Serif, but I checked regular one not Simplified Chineese:

    Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    Your second screenshot is "Noto Serif SC" for Simplified Chinese. I re-check my website. I had turn off all of the plugins. And When I chose the font "Load from Google" " the font on the all page are displayed normally.
