Muffin Builder is missing and now my header/menu not working
a couple months ago, Muffin Builder dissapeared from my editing options and at that same time, my header and main menu dissapeared on mobile devices. The main menu still appears on computers, but the rest of my header is just black and is missing my contact info, tagline and social media menu.
In addition to the header issues, my formatting has changed (fonts are smaller, etc.). Each time I try to log into my site to make changes, the editor is completely different, and I have no idea how to use it. I traditionally edited it in muffin builder. I have done several online searches, and none of the solutions have helped as there is nowhere in my BeTheme interface to select Muffin Builder as an option. Please help. I have not been able to find any actuall tech support for my product which is dissapointing to say the least. I have scoured through the discussions and cant find anything. It seems there should be a number to call for support when it said I had one year of support when I purchased the license. Hopefully someone in the community can help. Thank you in advance.

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.
FYI, Muffin Builder did not disappear, but we changed its name to BeBuilder. Also, you can activate BeBuilder Blocks Classic in Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced:

The second screenshot is of the site I am having troubles with. I enable Blocks classic. And while it is closer to muffin builder than what was appearing, it is still not muffin builder, which I was able to use until a couple months ago.

If you want to have even closer view to how it looked before open builder settings, and enable Simple view:
Please note that even though the visual aspect of the builder changed a little, it is still functional.
