Editing SideCart fields

We are using a plugin, UPS Live Rates and Access Points, which calculates real-time shipping rates through an API. Once the shipping address is entered in the checkout page, you will see the shipping cost. Although, when the SideCart is opened, it will say "Free!" for the shipping. We fear this will mislead our customers. We would like to edit to what you see in the checkout page, "Enter address to calculate."

Any way to customize the field in the SideCart?
