Use the purchased version of theme to activate an old one

Hi, my client had a web developer who created a wordpress website using an invalid version of the Betheme theme, now I that bought and have access to a valid licence I want to make the website valid and "legal", and be able to update Wordpress and plugins without any problem. Is there a way to do that without having to design the whole website from scratch ?

    Hi,

    First, you should create a backup of this website. We can recommend Duplicator as a tool with this functionality.

    When you create a backup, download a fresh Betheme package from ThemeForest and replace install it on this domain by replacing the old illegal one. After installation, go to Betheme -> Dashboard, register license key, and check if website look and works properly.
