Hello,

we are trying to install a pre-built website in a new installation at https://optitel.gr. However the wizard stops at the content tab after installing two required plugins and package download.

Inspecticting the console we get the following message:

JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.4.1

/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php:1   

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

Any idea how to overcome this issue? Need to mention that the theme is updated to its latest version.

    Please go to Betheme -> System status, and check if your server meets theme requirements:

    If it is correct, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
