Betheme Database Update (looping forever) V.28
Hey everyone! So to give some context we've got this theme running on multiple sites, no issues with the data base update on those. However we have one site (the site is reached out about previously) where the updater is taking 30-40 minutes (it's currently still running but assuming it's timed out). I tried yesterday on the stage environment but it was having the same issue.
On our other sites where i ran it i got an "all done. data base update complete" type message after about 4-5 minutes so i know that i should be getting some type of completion message once it's finished. This site is a monster so i'm wondering if theres any way to tell if it's timed out on your end or if there's something wrong with our database on a bigger level.
Now, if i go into a template all the styling data has been lost, so i'm wondering if you guys could run this update on our site on your end to see if there is an issue.

Yes, i think that maybe there is a country block i will shut it off now.
I had to restore the site so will be sending new login credentials (SFTP is still valid)
Sent the login credentials via email a couple hours ago did you guys get them?
I have not received them yet, but I might have them after the weekend, and I will back to you after it.

Ok, unblocked... sorry about that. I also updated the theme, the db update spun forever and never actually completed which resulted in me having to rebuild all the templates but appears to be fine now. I would still like you to pop in and take a look because i'm afraid of the site being affected by future updates. Thanks for your help!
Now I was able to access the WP admin, but the login credentials you sent do not work and I could not check that.
If you want us to take a look at this, please send working ones along with FTP access.
