Issue with Betheme Template Not Automatically Displaying New WooCommerce Product Publications

When I publish a new product on my WooCommerce site, it doesn't automatically display on the product page with the Betheme template. To fix this, I have to open the 'single product' template and update it so that it applies to all published products.

    I tried to replicate that, and added a new product, and the correct template displays:

    I did not have to enter the template and update it to make it work.

    Are there any extra steps to reproduce this issue?

    I forgot to mention that this template is only for the "eventi" and "eventi passati" categories:

    and yet if I insert it in that category it displays it like the screenshot you sent me, while if I republish the template it becomes like this:

    Why only when I update the template does it display the product page correctly as I want?

    Anyway, to correct that, we need FTP access, which you did not send.
