  1) It is hidden by WooCommerce CSS.

  You can show it back with this Custom CSS:

  .woocommerce table.cart .product-thumbnail{
   display: block!important;
  }
  .woocommerce table.cart .product-thumbnail:before{
   display: none!important;
  }
  

  Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

  Note that position of the image cannot be changed with CSS.

  2) You can change these colors in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

  The checkout does not show the image at all, so there is no option to show it.
