Question about the category slide

Hello there,

On my website: https://rdc-tools.ro/sitenou/scule-cu-acumulatori/

I have add the the "Shop Categoryes" tab to show the category, and then, when it's click on category to show the subcategory. But i have some category where i have a lot of subcategory and it's not so prety.

Any ideea if i can make there a slide of category ?

Also it's posible to resize the category icon image? Because i have there a lot of non equal images.

Hi,

You can create Query Loop slider to show your categories, and customize it however you want.

Hello, I have try it. But it's not work with subcategory.... It's show me all the subcategory evry time..:(

Hello again,

I make it and it's work fine with subcategory, but there are another problem..:)

When i select the last subcategory, there it's now show me the product from the subcategory.

There it's show me only one big image from category:

I understend, i am sorry but it's not exact what i wish.

I will explain you!

so, on the shop template i have add a "sliding box" for a nice design:

I have create the category list with a Query Loop from wrap.

On the same template i have add a new wrap with "Shop Product" element with the condition that you show me. But it's not work..:(

Maibe i must create another template with conditions?

But the ideea it's that i want to keep the design with sliding box for the category list.

Seems that conditions do not work as they are supposed to.

We must make some adjustments to them.

Hello again and many thank's again for all your help. Today i see there it's a little problem with the category who have subcategori and sub-sub category.

For example, on this category "Scule cu acumulator"

RDC-TOOLS – Distribuitor scule electrice

It's show me all the subcateroy and sub-subcategory.

It's not posible to show me first the subcategory and then, after i will make click on subcategory to show me sub-subcategory of this ?

So, normaly on the page of this category, must show me 9 SubCategory but he show me 26 subcategory ( that's means all the subcategory and sub-sub category ).

Unfortunately, this is not possible with Query Loop.

Instead, you would have to use the Shop Categories element.

You can try the following CSS code to change the number of columns:

The CSS was prepared for the 3 columns option.

Please check it now (I changed to 3 columns in element settings).

For mobile version, i have set up a new element "Shop category". Only for mobile version with 2 column. But i see that for some category the items it's not corect view. Please see the picture:

Any ideea how i can make it corectly ? to show me on mobile version the corect view ?

Change the number of columns to two here:

And replace this part:

 .shop_categories .products .product:nth-child(3n+1){
  clear: unset!important;
}

With this:

.shop_categories .products .product:nth-child(2n+1){
  clear: unset!important;
}
