License Issue

I’m unable to use the license for the BeTheme theme I purchased on Themeforest.

I de-registered the license when I deleted a website I had previously used it on.

However, I’m now unable to use the license on my newly created website. I’m getting a “Registration limit exceeded” error.

Also, my Themeforest username doesn’t seem to match the license. I changed my username on envato. I tried both new and old username but i doesn't seem to work.

I believe there is an issue with my license. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
