Hi,

Previously, our BeTheme version 23.0.4 using muffin builder which allow us to export the page. After we update the new version BeTheme version to 28.0.4. The builder changes to BeBuilder and we notice the different in our pages especially the font and styling. As we try to import back the pages we notice that the format of the export is different. Below attached the export file.

Is the export file is applicable to version 28.0.4 for the page that we export from version 23.0.4 ?

    Hi,

    No, the older version of Export/Import will not work for the most current one.

    The same version should be installed on both the content you export and the domain you want to import, or the Betheme version you export from should be at least 26.6.
